Getting Married Here
If you would like to be married at St Nicholas’ Parish church, the first step is to get in touch with the Parish Office, who will send you our Welcome Form to complete.  Once your completed form is received back, our Parish Administrator will contact you to discuss the date and explain the process to you.

Wedding Banns
If both partners live in St Nick’s Parish, you will need to complete a Banns Application Form and return it to the Parish Office. Please contact the Parish Office for more information.

If you would like to be married  but one or other partner lives outside St Nick’s Parish, you will need to complete a Banns Application Form from St Nick’s and a Banns Application Form from the parish church where that partner lives.

If you both live in St Nick’s parish but plan to be married in a parish elsewhere then again, you will need to complete a Banns Application Form for both parishes.

Reception Venue
The newly built St Nicholas Centre, which adjoins the church, is a bright, contemporary space. The upstairs room, which is suitable for up to 49 people, is ideal for a wedding breakfast or small wedding reception. We can also offer changing space within the St Nicholas Centre. Please enquire for availability and pricing.
