Regular Services and Events

The church is open most days between 10:00 and 11:00am, for private prayer and visits. We are looking to open more often – watch this space for more details as the come!

Sunday

9.00am – Said Eucharist
A said service of Holy Communion, with refreshments afterwards. Finishes around 9:45am

10.30am Sung Parish Eucharist
Our main weekly act of worship as a Parish. This is a Sung Holy Communion service with hymns, followed by refreshments afterwards. Finishes around 11:40 am.

Monday – Thursday

8.45am Morning Prayer
A quiet service of bible readings and prayer in the St Peter & Paul Chapel.

Wednesday

9.30am Said Eucharist
A said service of Holy Communion with refreshments afterwards.
Finishes around 10.15am.

Thursday

9.30am Little Lights
A stay and play group for pre-schoolers and their carers. Join us for songs, stories, play and refreshments! Finishes around 11am.

 
 

 

THE PHOENIX GROUP

 
Phoenix Group Activities take place In St Nicholas Centre on Newport in the Blenkin Room, on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month between 2.00pm and 4.00pm. (St Nicholas Centre is adjacent to St Nicholas Church and is accessed at the end of the path between the church and the Stags Head Pub. The Blenkin Room is accessible for anyone with a physical limitation).
